Christine Williams is a Network Director with a passion for connecting individuals to create synergy for solving problems and building organization capability. She believes that people and networks are a company’s greatest assets. She supports the development and maintenance of great business connections as a powerful vehicle for business success.
Previously, Christine worked in the IT industry for over 20 years where she managed engineering teams and products in a culturally diverse and global environment. She has contributed to the growth and development of human capital by collaborating with Human Resources and senior management throughout her career, developing programs for employee retention, employee competency and performance management, and employee development. She was chosen as a Change Agent where she facilitated a global program for employee recognition and celebration. She was featured in the September 2010 issue of Utah CEO Magazine as a finalist in the Women Tech awards.
She was asked by Senior Executives to standardize processes within newly acquired companies, and led initiatives to develop best practices resulting in leading indicators of customer satisfaction. She teaches university level classes for MBA students.
Christine’s professional experience includes positions at Intel, Novell, Stevens Henagar College, and Western Governors University. Christine has a BS Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
