Jerry has a consistent track record of attracting and developing the brightest talent to exceed revenue growth plans. Well versed in the Challenger sales methodology with talent and leadership development as his cornerstone, he has led several turnarounds and built sustainable high performing organizations as a result. Previously, he was responsible for significant growth in several practice areas at CEB (Corporate Executive Board), a global leader in best practice research and advisory serving over 80% of the Fortune 500, while earning multiple leadership awards including, Stewardship of Exceptional Talent, President’s Circle, and Chairman’s Club as the global leader in revenue performance. Previously, Jerry was the catalyst for unprecedented growth at Definity Partners, a highly regarded business improvement firm specializing in sustainable lean process implementation. Jerry has also led 5 distinct market turnarounds at MCI Telecommunications, a global leader in telecommunications while developing and promoting several of his direct reports to his peer level.
Jerry holds a Pre-Med, Biology degree from Ohio University and loves to spend time with his family in Cincinnati, OH.
