A leader in HR and Organization Effectiveness (OE) with significant experience in oil, financial services, telecommunications and management consulting – June’s career has predominantly focused on strategic performance and transformations, working alongside CEOs, Executive Boards and senior HR teams to effect change and build organization renewal. June has held various leading HR positions with companies like BP, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Telecom, and Lloyds. Most recently she has worked with a leading business psychology consulting practice, YSC as a Director and Head of Scotland to develop and grow in the Scottish market as well as lead and support assignments with YSC’s broader global client portfolio.
June’s roles have spanned cultural change, M&A, growing emerging markets, breakthrough projects, workforce transformations and delivering group-wide strategic HR priorities across talent, succession, leadership development and learning, organization design, performance management, employee engagement, and change. She helps companies design, develop, and implement large-scale change programs across all areas of HR and facilitates leaders through the execution of their people plans ultimately to improve performance and deliver major organizational change. June has developed a significant number of HR and OE professionals across the FTSE 100. Her most recent work has been with a broad range of global clients covering executive assessment and leadership development benchmarking and capability, and she has partnered with YSC to develop the culture and values practice.
June is now drawing on her extensive experience, global network of partners and connections to create a range of collaborations, working with leaders and their organizations with a focus on transforming their future, building leadership capability, embedding change, achieving new levels of performance, and creating sustainability for the future across all their stakeholder groups.
June’s passion is the growth and development of individuals, teams and organizations to realize their potential and deliver results. She constantly refreshes and deepens her own knowledge and learning.
