About the Network
The Chief Talent Officer 50 (CTO50) is a peer network for the most seasoned and experienced Chief Talent Officers from Global 500 companies seeking cutting edge solutions to complex challenges. The members of CTO50 are the CTOs (or enterprise heads of talent) from companies with revenues in excess of $50 billion (with a few exceptions made for fast growth, innovative companies below that threshold).
CTO50 focuses on the future state of the workforce in organizations undergoing enormous change in response to digital transformation, disruptive innovation, and dynamic shifts in the “liquid” talent marketplace. The major challenge facing CTO50 members is: How do we bend the time curve to accelerate organizational excellence via transformative talent strategies?
We collectively challenge shared assumptions and identify new models, practices and frameworks to achieve higher levels of business performance. CTO50 brings distinguished thought leaders and network members together to explore strategies and practices that address shared business challenges. Through provocative exchange and sharing, network members explore emerging trends, innovations, and practical applications. Network discussions translate into new processes, tools, and resources that offer the best thinking on topics of interest.
