The Total Rewards Network connects senior professionals responsible for enterprise-wide compensation and benefits and/or total rewards from North American companies with revenues in excess of $1 billion. The mission of the network is to give members access to best and “next” practices, new ideas, advice, tools, and “early warning” on trends and potential regulatory changes. The Total Rewards Network is designed to help members develop and maintain strong linkages between their business, people, and rewards strategies — at a time when many companies rely on these strategies as a significant source of competitive advantage.
