Through a career spanning more than 30 years in the financial services and learning industries – including five years as Chief Learning Officer at BMO Financial Group – Gina has developed deep expertise in business leadership, human-centered design, and predicting and developing skills for the future. She has a proven track record of creating and driving strategies and solutions that make an impact, and she has led her teams to win more than 20 global awards.

Gina is an industry strategist and entrepreneur, an Executive Director at Executive Networks, and a Professor of Practice in Future Work & Skills at International Business University. She is also a​ Board Member for the Students Commission of Canada, and an advisor for various learning, technology and professional groups.

Gina holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, and she is a curious explorer who tries to learn at least one new thing each day.

In her spare time, you can find Gina spending time with family, rescuing cats from difficult lives (she and her husband live with 4 amazing seniors), hydroponic gardening, playing the sax, riding her Peloton, and learning at least one new thing each day

Part of the Executive Networks team for the past four years, Carroll Anne has a strong devotion to creating member value through peer-to-peer connections and insights. With a background in marketing and HR, her deep understanding of the EN ecosystem provides her with the tools to understand member needs and ensure they receive the right resources and support to find solutions to their biggest challenges. In her spare time you can find her searching for the best NYC restaurant and skiing.
