Peter Newhouse
Executive Director
Peter is the founder of Neovation, a cross-industry movement focused on creating collaborative solutions to improve the world of work. Additionally, he has worked on developing a Digital Reward Strategy for clients of uFlexReward, the Digital Total Reward Platform.
Prior to this, he held the position of Unilever’s EVP Global Head of Reward for over a decade, where he established himself as an innovator and thought leader on the Future of Reward. Peter is a frequent speaker at international conferences, and his expertise has been showcased through articles published in newspapers and specialist publications, as well as appearances on television and radio as an expert on pay.
His career in reward began in 1980, and he has held senior executive positions at Ford in North America and served as Group Head of Remuneration at Standard Chartered Bank in London. He also has experience in running his own reward consulting business, Peter Newhouse & Co., for ten years before joining Unilever.
