Hybrid work is becoming increasingly popular local and global alike. Here, it was mainly due to COVID first and then the fuel crisis. The way of ensuring the proper management with achieving expected results has also shifted from classical MBWA (management by walking around) to what I prefer to call MBCA (management by connecting across).
