Throughout Sinéad’s career in Client Services, Account Management, and Talent Acquisition she has passionately focused on the realization of potential and the experience of well-being and flourishing for all. Her experience spans large organizations to running her own boutique search and placement business. With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, working with EN is a natural fit in terms of domain relevance. However, the true win for Sinéad is daily connecting with incredibly accomplished Global HR leaders at the forefront of strategically reshaping the future of work, employee experience, and development.
She brings her passion for facilitating authentic connections and developing communities to her Member Success Lead role. Co-facilitating collaborative large-group and one-on-one judgment-free, meaningful, and innovative conversations to empower people with knowledge, insights, and peer rapport building is professionally and personally rewarding.
