Where is the conference?

The Your NXT Horizon event is being host at the ServiceNow DESCO Lounge at 50 Hudson Yards, 74th Floor, New York, NY

What are the instructions for getting into the building?

You will receive two emails the day before the meeting. Upon completing the form in the first email, you will receive a QR code. You will scan the QR code to pass through security.

How do I get to the conference space once I am in the building?

When you enter the building take the escalator to the 2nd floor. Here you will go through security and scan your QR code. Take the elevator to the 32nd floor (no elevator buttons). After disembarking on the 32nd floor follow the signs to the second elevator bank. Take the second elevator to the 74th floor. The conference registration will be visible.

What do I do if I do not receive a QR code?

The security desk on the second floor will have a list of all event attendees and will be able to direct you through the security gate.

Can I bring additional team members?

Team members are welcome! Please register all attendees by November 15th. If you need to add team members or make a change after November 15th, please reach out to your EN contact. We will do our best to accommodate you and your team.

Do I earn credits or certification for attending?

Yes! Day One attendees will earn a certification and 8 SHRM credits.

What is the dress code?

 The dress code is Business Casual for this event.

Is food provided?

Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided on Day One and Day Two. Day One will conclude with a happy hour and hors d’oeuvres.

Walk the High Line, New York’s celebrated train line repurposed to a public park, art space and walking path, just steps from the Hudson Yards event venue (30th St. & Hudson Yards). For a 10-minute guided walking meditation click here.

Holiday markets are open all over the city, and close by at Bryant Park, Union Square and Chelsea Market (6-9 min by cab from venue), Hudson Yards itself features a full array of shopping for a gift on the go, from luxury boutiques to the Japanese specialty store Muji.

Festive holiday light and window displays will be in full swing, up and down Fifth Avenue and nearby at Macy’s 34th Avenue flagship, where you can see their magical and enchanting window displays and visit their first-ever outdoor holiday market.

Visit the The Shed to experience new art, theatre and music, steps from the event venue (Kenneth Branaugh will be appearing in “King Lear” from Oct. 26-Dec. 15).

Transportation and Nearby Amenities:

Airports Hudson Yards is approximately 40 minutes from LaGuardia and Newark airports, and about one hour from JFK airport

Penn Station For those arriving by train, Penn Station is a 15-minute walk or short cab or metro ride to the event venue 

Metro The 34th St – Hudson Yards metro stop on line 7 is a one-minute walk to the venue
